Halal Gelatine from Sara’s Halal Foods

What is Halal Gelatine?

Gelatine means stiff or frozen. It is a processed and refined animal protein and plays a major role in today’s food industry. You just can’t ignore it.

It is Halal Gelatine which is primary used as a gelling agent, providing support for delicious desserts (such as, cheesecake, ice cream), fruit juices, and frozen drinks.

How it is obtained?

To put it simply, Halal Gelatine is obtained by boiling the skin, tendons, and ligaments of animals.

Burgers! Burgers! Burgers! I Love Burgers…

I don’t know why, but the very sight of a burger makes me feel hungry, and I find myself struggling to hold my hands back, and not to pounce upon the plate. Well, what to do, I just can’t help it. By the way, have you tried Spicy Lamb Burgers? If not, you should (please read it, ‘must’, you must taste Spicy Lamb Burgers). So tasty, so yummy, and so, so, deliciously looking!

      Halal Burger
I tried to make this dish but wasn’t that successful. I mean, only I had to eat them (since no-one was ready to put their lives at risk. My family never supports any of my initiatives). I think, I should better get my Halal food at restaurants and eating joints, and not at home. But, the point I am making here is, Halal Burgers are simply awesome. And, you must give them a try.

Sara’s is my favorite. A wonderful place to go to and enjoy the best of Halal foods! What I like about this restaurant is its desire to come-out with the best of Halal stuff for its customers. They truly care for their customers.

But, here my focus is on Burgers only. So, go on, and try your hands on these wonderfully prepared Halal Burgers. Believe me, you would love these Burgers. (If you have any plans to try Burgers any time soon, I won’t mind accompanying you and helping you with the Halal Burgers).

      Why buy Halal Meat online?

Yesterday I was going through the list of halal foods supplied by online food suppliers. I was very much amazed that they offer such a great range of halal foods and that too at great prices. Now I decided to buy halal meat online

Next day I told my friend about my latest purchase. He told me that it is not good to buy halal meat online as there is no guarantee that the processing of meat is done as per Islamic guidelines. My view is totally against his opinion. I don’t think these suppliers do such type of things to degrade their market level.

The supplier, from which I bought halal meat, has given detailed description of their meat processing techniques on its website. Moreover, he is having all the required certifications from the respective government authorities. On having all these things in place, it is not good to blame these suppliers.

In my opinion, it is always good to buy halal meat online. These suppliers leave no stone unturned to supply excellent quality halal meat in order to stay ahead in the competition. Before buying halal meat online, make sure to carry out a detailed market research on different halal meat suppliers.

Know more about Muslim Halal food

Do you know what Muslim halal food is? Halal and haraam are two widely used terms in Islam. Halal refers to lawful or permitted whereas haraam means unlawful or restricted. In simple words, halal food is the food permitted for consumption as per Islamic law.

The demand for Muslim Halal food, including halal lamb and halal pies has increased by an approximate 15% a year. It is believed that the slaughtering of an animal with a knife is the most painful and tortuous act of killing. According to various scientific experiments carried out in non-Muslim countries, the Islamic method of slaughtering with a knife is the least painful act of killing and therefore considered as the most humane process of killing an animal.

On the other hand, the method adopted in western countries for killing an animal is said to be extremely brutal. Moreover, this killing process can lead to the spread of various diseases such as Mad Cow disease (MCD) from cattle to human beings. With the rising Muslim community all across the world, the demand for Muslim halal food has also increased a lot. Not only Muslims but other people also prefer consuming Muslim halal food to promote this humane method of killing an animal.

Shish Kebab – It is prepared using any kind of Halal meat (such as lamb or goat) and is threaded on a skewer and grilled.

Kathi Kebab – It is generally cooked in a tandoor and can be made with any kind of meat, such as chicken, beef and lamb.

Doner Kebab - It is sliced lamb (or any other type of meat) which is slowly roasted on a vertical rotating spit. It tastes so well. So, you must give it a try.

Halal Muslim Food is found every corner of the World

Halal and Haram are global stipulations that are related to all aspects of life. Halal is an Arabic term which simply signifies lawful or permitted. When used in the English language, it most precisely is said in reference to food that is allowed as per Islamic law. In the Arabic language it refers to something that is permissible while analyzing the conditions of Islam. The word for inconsistent items to Halal is Haram meaning unlawful or prohibited.

The demand for various halal food products, which include halal galantine and halal meat has increasing by an approximate 15 per cent a year, and has immensely grasped the interest of big players in the food industry such as supermarket groups across Europe and now in other areas as well which have started stocking an ever growing variety of halal foods, majorly halal meat products, for the past three years.

How to prepare Roasted Halal Beef?

A large number of people think cooking Beef is difficult but there are no so many problems with Beef cooking. The most important thing to look for is the quality of halal beef that is to be cooked. Usually, the beef needs to be well hung and immensely filled with fat. This delivers the top flavor to the beef. A halal beef which is extremely thin doesn’t give the desired flavor and meat that has not been hung for at least 14 days will be difficult to eat.

The first thing to do is to mix plain flour with a teaspoon of mustard powder and black pepper. Do not mix salt as it will bring moisture out of the joint. Place the joint on a roasting rack in a very hot oven for around 15-20 minutes. Here the high temperature is meant to seal the meat and stop the leakage of meat juices during the cooking process.

After few moments, slow down the oven temperature and roast the beef for next fifteen minutes for each pound weight. It is suggested to leave the roasted beef for about half an hour and serves it on a warm plate with a piece of foil paper over the top of it and then put teal towels or newspaper on top of the foil.

Halal Poultry Food for an Amazing Experience

A large number of people are still unaware of Halal poultry.  Halal refers to lawful or legal, at its simplest form, a term this is assigned to any action that is permissible under Islamic law. The term is related to food to refer all foods that are consumable under Islamic law, much in the same way that the Kashrut refers the foods a member of the Jewish faith can eat.

Chow Down On Delicious Halal Kebabs

Beef that is treated, cut and kept by butchers who follow strict Islamic guidelines is halal beef. It must be devoid of any foreign food stuffs that are thought to be unclean and are forbidden for individual use. Halal Beef must be treated and primed with paraphernalia free from anything thought to be unclean. The halal meat must also stay free from defects during the freezing and packaging. A reputable influence must promise that the beef was processed and prepared as per the accepted guiding principles in order for Muslim consumers to use the products.

The application of word halal is not the same between Arabic-speaking, and non-Arabic-speaking areas. In Arabic-speaking countries, it is used to portray anything acceptable in Islamic law, in comparison to haraam, that what all is prohibited. This encompasses conduct, communication, dress, speech, behaviour and dietary laws.

In non-Arabic-speaking or less Muslim populated countries, the expression is most frequently used in the smaller context of just Muslim dietary laws, in particular where halal meat, halal poultry and halal kebabs and beef are concerned.

Unlike halal beef and halal kebabs, Kosher meat is much more intricate and the standards are viewed as somewhat stricter. It is imperative to note that Jews careful about Jewish dietary laws would not eat meat slaughtered by a non-Jew, even if it was slaughtered in the correct manner because "that's what the rules say,".
